Rooted in Hatha and Ashtanga traditions, my classes are an invitation to come home to yourself  through movement, breath and stillness. Available in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern Rivers.

My approach

Yoga, from the Sanskrit word meaning “union,” is at its heart a practice of bringing the body, mind and soul into alignment. My classes draw from both Hatha and Ashtanga traditions, grounded in the eight limbs of yoga, weaving together physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama) and meditation into a complete, holistic practice.

Each class begins with Sun Salutations to awaken the body, moves through standing and floor postures, and leads into breathing exercises and meditation. The goal is not just physical flexibility — it is a quieter mind, a stronger spine and a deeper connection to yourself.

Yogability, a NDIS registered provider

I am proud to work with Yogability, an NDIS registered provider, offering yoga and mindfulness sessions tailored to each participant’s individual needs. Whether working with adults, children or participants with specific requirements, I adapt my teaching to meet each person exactly where they are.

I also bring this inclusive approach to kindy yoga across Brisbane — helping young children build body awareness, focus and calm through playful, age-appropriate movement.
